What I Wore: Stripes and Spots

Brett has Fridays off of school, and I was pretty much done with work for the week, so on Friday, we had a little impromptu lunch date amidst running what felt like a zillion errands.  Chipotle and hanging out with him makes errands a whole lot better.  I threw on this easy tunic dress, wore my new leopard print flats for the very first time, and I'm pretty much smitten with them. I feel like they fill a void in my closet that I didn't even know existed! Cheesy? Maybe, but definitely one of my new favorites.

  1. ,,,purchased, last year, the same flats and "yes" you will wear them with everything. they are simply cute! are you a native of AZ? what city did you grow up? i moved to DC 3 years ago and LOVE everything about this part of the country. love the lush green trees and grass in the summer (and the much cooler temps) i adore the colors of gold, orange, red and brown in the autumn, the snow that dusts the ground in the winter and the spring that serves up every color of the rainbow in its beautiful flowers. never thought i would leave pristine scottsdale but this AZ native is so happy that she did!,,,

    1. I'm from Scottsdale, too- small world! I moved to Virginia a year and a half ago when I got married- my husband is in school at UVa. It's crazy to me how different it is here, but it's definitely gorgeous!
