How to quickly remove deodorant stains on clothing

Ah, the dreaded deodorant stains. One of my biggest pet peeves is when I go to put on a black top, and wind up with deodorant all over my once black shirt. There are three easy ways I've found to get rid of deodorant white marks in a pinch.

1. Rub the stained area with a dryer sheet. This one works like magic almost every time.

2. If you don't have dryer sheets handy, try rubbing the fabric against itself- it usually dislodges the marks, but be careful- sometimes it spreads the stain.

3. The tried and true washcloth and water method. Of course, if you're wearing something that can only be dry cleaned, this isn't your safest bet, but for everything else, it usually works. The only downside to this one is that you have to have enough time to allow your clothes to dry again.

There you have it- my three favorite ways to quickly get rid of deodorant white marks!

  2. I usually will rub the stain with two unstained sides of the same garment. Never tried the dryer sheets, may try that too!

  3. I never heard about the dryer sheet trick but I'm definitely going to try it later today because I have a dress that I'm trying to save!
    Thank for these little tips!

Once I got deodorant marks on a shirt - I cleaned the mark with some water and then dried the moist area with a flatiron haha. It worked like magic [:
